So, I shot randomly, and this happened.

I think it's caused by barricades not totally disappearing when destroyed. Because I remember there were barricades there awhile ago... I could be totally wrong. I don't know.But yeah... that's pretty much it. Nothing else to describe really.
Will be fixed in the next update, it's actually a radiation area you're hitting :)
