After I updated to windows 10 I tried running Rust. I get to the point When I go to start up rust it asks is I want EAC to make changes to my computer, and of course I hit yes. But immediately it gives me this error: "Rust Launcher Error: UnknownError - ShellExecute failed (317) (Code 898). And of course I have other friends who upgraded to windows 10 and its completely fine for them.

You're sure it's a code 898 and not a 998?
