Moutain is blinking / after 5min I can't see, everything is blinking black

First of all, sorry for my bad English.

Im playing rust, and most of the times, the moutains is blinking black for half second then after 5minutes my screen gets like black smoke every 0,04 second forever, it make the game not playable, its impossible to see, and if I look up in the air, I can see normal, but if I look normal foword the problem happens again.

I went on my steam props on rust and added: -force-dxd9

thats didnt help, anyone know how to fix my problem?

Its not becasue my computer is bad or anything, Iv invested almost 4 000 $ on it half year ago

Hi, it's not -forcedxd9 but -force-d3d9.

Here is the rust thread where they tried -dxd9 and failed, but then tried -d3d9 and fixed the glitch.

Also what video card do you have? Do you have the most up to date drivers? Doyou have the most up to date DirectX installed? Have you tried -opengl?
