[Windows] Rust Launcher Error: LauncherFailure - Error validating EasyAntiCheat code signing certifi

After the latest Rust update, January 21, I got this message every time I tried to run Rust: "Rust Launcher Error: LauncherFailure - Error validating EasyAntiCheat code signing certificate.

I searched for solution and I found out that you should execute your Windows Update. I tried doing this, installing all the updates, but no luck there. I tried verifying integrity of game cache. I tried reinstalling both Rust and EAC. Nothing works as of yet.

Please help me!

Note: I use Windows Vista
