you cant use the cached pics in game unless you have the oxide mod, the cached pics are whats stored in your Rust/Cache folder on your PC. You can find them there and as well as everyone on the servers sign Pic.

The server needs the Oxide Mod and this plugin [url]http://oxidemod.org/plugins/sign-artist.992/updates[/url]
