The blueprint is a rare drop from zombies.
Then you need to harvest the ore rocks and hope for sulphur.
Then you need to add the sulphur and metal ores you find to a campfire to smelt them.
Then you craft the gunpowder from the sulphur.
Then you craft aumminition from the metal and gunpowder.
Simple.
