I just bought the game off steam and got it loaded up. Clicked play game and no servers appear on any of the tabs is there something im missing? Here's a pic

Did you try rebooting once, I had that issue after logging off yesterday, after rebooting it was fine.
Otherwise I don't know if you could have some network problems that prevents the server form showing up.
