I have a slight problem with the game.
On my configuration - Intel Core i5 - 4200M
4 Gigs of RAM
250 samsung evo ssd
& Ati Radeon R5 M230 2GB
the game runs between 15-20 fps , no matter how much I change the settings.
Can you suggest me anything , besides buying new pc , lol :D
Some fine settings which I can change to improve the game performance ? Or just to wait till its at least well optimized for configurations like mine ?

well my first question is do you play rust with the fast option and what resolution are you playing at?
Considering your laptop only has 4GB of Ram while Rust needs a minimum of 8GB to perform decently, and that you have a GPU that gets bad FPS with games from 5-6 years ago. I don't think there is any other option than to get a new PC.
That said. Rust atm is very unoptimised, so it might eventually get a little better for you. I wouldn't hold my breath on getting good FPS even later down the line.
