HELP!! - Rust - Facepunch Forum

Hi everyone, I bought a key on the Dutch Auction earlier today, paid through my paypal... and my money left okay and everything, but I have recieved no key. Not even sure how they planned to send it to me, as they never ask for an email or anything... Just to be safe I dug out the old email details for my paypal account and checked there too... No key. Left a ticket with them but it's been ages without a response so I thought i'd ask the community! Any thoughts? Anyone?

Hi guys, as I wrote, I checked my paypal email, and no key there... it is a VERY old account and frankly I cant be 100% sure it's still actively retrieving emails anymore. I tried opening a ticket with FP, left a facebook message, direct emailed them, I can't really think what else to do beyond asking in here and hoping a MOD or ADMIN sees the message and sorts this shit out, thank god I managed to wait and paid like $20 for it rather than the $50 I was tempted to pay last week!

I have waited 3 hours so far, and counting... No, its an old hotmail address from when I was about 14 and it's not in use anymore, after much fiddling and question answering I managed to get back in but it hasn't received any emails since about a week ago when I bought something on steam through paypal... so it's clearly recieving from paypal, but nothing yet from FacePunch... except a bill, getting hulk ragey!

Well.. some e-mail providers disable inactive accounts (while still keeping the user information, so you can login and the account will then be re-enabled) I had a similar situation, but luckily no money involved. Best bet is to try to request them to resend the key (change your paypal contact email (if it is possible not sure, if not, make sure your old email is active))

Waiting for the ticket to even be responded to let alone resolved... I dont mind that it's taking time but Id rather play it on the day I bought it (day off work) then say... a day when im not free to play the bloody thing!

I hade the same. 1)Calm down everything is going to be fine 2)Check you emails for an email from paypal (the email that u bought something or call it rust :P ) 3)Write a ticket and explain your sittuation 4)Soon (2-4 days) the support writes back (They're busy) 5)You answer the emai and wait a bit (2-4 days) 6)Be happy and play rust The support is working really great but slow I think the ppl are writing toooo many tickets.

Governments write back faster than that and theyre useles!!
