No stone or ore on Facepunch Texas (not respawning)

No one on the Facepunch Texas server can find stone or ore. They aren't respawning like they should.
Could you please fix this issue asap?

There's already a thread about this. They ARE respawning. Unfortunately, it's under the ocean. Which basically means they're inaccessible. It's pretty game breaking. Hopefully they fix this soon.
