Hi all, I have recently purchased a rust key, for approximately $55. I received an email from facepunch with the receipt of the purchase and an email from paypal confirming the purchase, but not the key itself. I have been waiting for over 2 hours already. I have emailed [email]contact@facepunchstudios.com[/email] and sendowl about it, but have still not received a response. Is it normal to wait this long for the key, because i really want to get to playing. Thank you for your help.
