Okay, for all intensive purposes I will say that there was a building with these characteristics.
1x1 wooden foundation with 4 walls, inside the walls there was a pillar in the dead middle, with three large storage crates around it. When i jumped down onto them, I got stuck momentarily. Then i crouch jumped, it sent me flying into the air a good 15 feet or so, nearly killing me.
I have a screen shot to show exactly what I'm talking about, but I cant remember if we can post pictures or not.
for all intents and purposes*
Thank you so, so much for your contribution. You're an outstanding citizen, you know that?
I see nothing wrong with being corrected on the usage of popular phrases. I'd rather be corrected than continually saying the wrong thing for the rest of my life.
I've noticed this happening with doors and barricades too
Well I appreciate the correction because now I know.
Either way, I've only had it happen with crates so far. I have had a few bugs to where when i walk near crates, they will warp me on top of a wall if its almost touching it. Must be some kind of collision based error.

I think this was allready reported, they are working on it. Happend to me one time aswell but the game didnt had the falling damage yet so i was fine. But this also happens when standing in a doorway and closing the door, it will also sent you flying into the air nearly killing you.
Just dont ever stand on top of large crates of close doors while you are standing in the doorway till its fixed
I tried searching to see if i could find a post similar to this, but was unable to do so.
I've been much more careful to not put myself in situations that these things could happen.
