Will rust ever be on consoles? I heard it was made using Unity, and i know that unity games can be put onto Console systems. You think Garry will ever make it for consoles, or should make it for consoles?
Why in the world would you ever want to play rust on a console?

Garry will never release Rust for consoles. There's a heap of red tape associated with console development. It's far easier to market games through a platform like Steam than to go through intermediaries like Microsoft or Sony.
I don't know why I'm even in the Rust subforum right now. I don't even know what Rust is.
Lol 'console', you mean a nerfed non-x86 computer

Wouldn't that make consoles 64-bit then? I think you have it backwards.
edit
x86 = 32-bit
non-x86 = x64
x64 = 64-bit
why the dumbs?

No, I mean they're not based on the 80386-compatible instruction set at all. Although now that I think about it the XBone is going to be the first x86 console. And 64-bit x86 is also x86 with 64-bit extensions, i.e. x86-64. x64 is a misnomer.
EDIT: the Wii is based on PowerPC, the same chip as the Macintosh Classic lol

PS4 and Xbox One are both x86 systems. x86 and x86-64 both have the same instruction set, but 32 bit apps can't natively run 64 bit apps for obvious reasons.
P.S. You're an idiot, the brand of a processor has nothing to do with how powerful it is, and it isn't the same processor as the Classic Macs. It's the same architecture . That's like saying "Smart phones are based on ARM, the same processor as graphing calculators lol"
im p sure he said its comeing to gamecube i think.

Garry Will never want that , he hates FPS games on consoles.
If they refined the controls and such, and got past all those hoops console people make devs jump through

Consoles are very unlikely. We have some ideas about interaction with smartphones though.
