I bought two keys during the Dutch auction (One for myself, one for my brother). I redeemed my key and played a while, but my brother wanted to wait until it came on Steam, so he did not make an account. I have emailed [email]contact@playrust.com[/email], contacted them via facebook, and after waiting a few days, I emailed Garry. I have had absolutely no reply, so I figure I may get an answer here. The other day I helped my brother try to make his account, but it said the key was invalid. Now, the register page has been removed, so there is no way I can get my brother his Steam Rust key. Any staff reading this, message me on here and I'll provide whatever I need to get the key I bought. Others reading this, if you know of a way I could possibly get this sorted, your help would be appreciated. I did have a quick look for issues like mine, but couldn't find any. I did read this in a sticky thread though: "In August, about 9000 accounts were removed due to not being used for +1 month. If you went inactive for awhile and now can't log in, that's why. THIS WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN. " But that gives no indication to how I can get my key back. Cheers for reading, -Zakun

I did look around for key problems. The reason I didn't check that thread is because it's titled "Purchasing problems", which I didn't have. I already purchased it successfully.

Yeah, that is true. However, if a thread isn't looked at because the thread title seems unrelated, then I clearly won't know what is inside the thread.
