I want to buy Rust off Steam but I'm unsure if my Macbook Pro will run it properly without any lag?

Well, they told me i could. I then bought a whole new pc went from 20-30fps to 120-180fps. But i think you should run it fine on low, although you might wanna change that ram for 8Gb (4X2 Sticks).
I have a mid 2010 and I'm running rust on the lowest setting, its not pretty but its very playable.
I've played on a MacBook. It gets pretty hot.
A better solution was streaming from my main gaming PC with steam in home streaming.
I'm running Rust with my MacBook Pro but I have bootcamped mine. I can run Rust at the maximum graphics setting with the grass and still get around 40fps.
Isn't there a "Can you run it" thread on here somewhere?
