Hello to whoever reads this, i would just like to ask for a guide, in how to use items (such as Medkits, food, etc) and how do i change my settings so i can see my Toolbar? hope someone can answer me ^^

If you look at the stickies on the main rust forum there is a guide right there.
Your medkit should be on your hotbar. Push the number corresponding to your medkit.
For food, push TAB once and look for food in your inventory, click and eat.
