How to "Wipe" a Server?

Hey, i would like to know how i wipe my own server.

I searched the server files and i only find the data for every single SteamID that was logged since startup < so when i delete these the "progress" of the Charakter on my Server of this Person is wiped?! im right?

But how i reset the world?

can someone share this with me pls?

I have to delete the folder "serverdata"

Don't delete the whole myserverdata folder!!!!
It will clear your banlist and some other config files that you do not want to wipe!!
Delete the userdata folder and the rust_island.sav files, that will wipe all players inventories and the world map.
