Easy Anti Cheat error

I keep getting the error that the EasyAntiCheat failed to install to an unknown error..... what can i do ?

Just installed Rust and getting the same error

Rust Launcher Error: InstallationError - EasyAntiCheat installation failed due to an unknown reason.

First:

Then after clicking finish I get this:

Any help is appreciated
