Just wanted to half the decay speed by using decay.scale "0,5" but it basicly freezed the decay. Even something like "0,9" leads to the same result. Some months ago these values worked just fine. Anyone got an idea whats going on there? :)

I am completely not into any kind of the codes of Rust nor the administrator options. But since I am Dutch and we work with 0,5 and 0,9 where the English work with 0.5 and 0.9, maybe that could be an option. If you try the dot instead of a comma.
It can sound stupid, but it worked for me at some other games.
You're completly right, but the problem is: as soon as I'm using dots instead of commas, the console is ignoring everything before it. So basicly "0.5" will be saved as "5". When I enter "0,5" it will be saved as "0,5".
