Have played 700 hours+ but have never tryet this error before..
I have played today, but suddently i lagged very much, so i logged out and tryet to log ind.. but the server was gone.
I then closed steam and open it again. now the server is to be seen, and I log in, but under the loading, it disconnect me and says : Exeption..
I have tryet to log in on another server, and it says the same...
What to do?

The pre release branch had the same issue last friday. It got solved with a new update going right after (3 hours) the update before causing that issue. There was nothing to solve it, only the update. If you really want to play Rust you can change to the pre release servers which are probably still intact. Otherwise you have to wait till the normal branch is functioning again.
I play on the Rustafied Prerelease Branch atm... so maybe I should play the normal servers instead :)

Haha! Then you got the problem we got last Friday again. Indeed, you should play the normal branch, maybe the pre release will be fixed soon. Sometimes it helps to restart your computer, then you will get the newest update of Rust much faster. (It worked for me sometimes, it could be coincidence as well)
