this could be Rcon command to spawn in some metal doors or something if it's on a privately rented server like the mcm servers then he may have just forgot to / before it but i would expect thats it's legit

I watched his stream a couple times and he likes to troll people who call hacks on him by having a blank cheat engine window open and dragging it into the stream and going "ok guys gonna use my cheats now". Probably just another version of that joke.
