Add structure placement to server log to catch griefers

Some servers disallow griefing but basically have no way to enforce. Until the "building ownership" feature comes can we get a simple log server-side saying who built what with coords? Then we can identify the player who griefed a structure and ban them.

And then admins can know where all the bases are and go and raid them? (as an admin I don't want to see this)

Well if you have admin powers you can already abuse them, so that's kind of assumed...
