Can not load Rust for more then 5 -10 seconds, Please help.

Once I click play on steam and the launcher loads I leave it and it auto closes.

So then I tried clicking play right after the launcher loads and once in the game same thing happens 5-10 seconds later crash to desktop without errors every time I try and run the game.

Computer Specs....

O/S : Windows 7 (64bit)

Motherboard: Asus Rampage gen III

Cpu: Intel Core I7 960 running at 3.2GHz (Stock clock and with overclocking features off)

Ram : 12GB running at under clock of 1066MHz

HDD Space: Plenty

VideoCard: Radeon HD7970 (Driver v13.12)

Try reinstalling DirectX and .NET Framework. Do a file verification check first.

Already did a file check, all is good and DirectX was up to date but reinstalled it just to be safe.

Doing a repair on .Net Framework.

Update: Repair finished and then launched Rust again, so far launcher is running without any issues.

Update 2: Rust is still crashing at the menu screen to the desktop, still need help.
