Make sure the mic you want to use in-game is set to the default one.
Make sure your default windows microphone is set to the one you are using. Otherwise rust might just detect stereo mix or something.

Ever since the last update my microphone in game hasn't been sending anything to the other players.
So is it happening to everyone else to?
