Whenever I try and request a new password, It says Your IP has failed too many times, please try again later. It has been doing this for a month, and Im pretty sure it wouldnt take that long to try and retrieve a new password.
Also, I am trying to get a new password because I want to get my game key, which of course I wasted money on a few weeks before the game went on steam.

A good way is to ask the Rust guys on twitter.
But perhaps somebody encountered the same issue already.
