fps no increase when i upgraded pc and texture bugs need help!!

i been playing rust for a while... on 30fps so i bought ugprades new motherboard proc and graphic card.
AMD FX(tm)-6300 six-core 3.50 overclocked to 4
12GB rams
msi GT730 4gb

in game fps only 20-30 with texture bugs

Did you re-install the game? Also having latest new drivers for your GPU?

yes just today reinstaled win, and game, same us gpu

Dump that GPU. Try to get a GTX 750 Ti or something. That'll help. No pun intended. :)

It seems like the bandwidth of your graphics card's VRAM isn't high enough. You'll probably won't get around an upgrade.

i was fine with this graphic card until i upgraded motherboard with proc i did't have promblems with texture only with fps

Well, did you try to swap the card into another PCIe slot?

Get a better graphics card maybe GTX 970

Are you sure wou are using the same ingame graphics configuration and same resolution?

Eeeh.. Not sure if your problem is the same as the one I had, but I had the same texture glitch a few weeks ago. I verified Rust cache files, restarted Steam and it was fixed. Not sure what caused it though.
