Does the developers know Hong Kong servers have been down/faulty for almost a week?

Nobody can join the servers, anyone who does gets kicked out after 30 seconds, and as a result the servers stay empty always. Are they going to fix/resolve the issue, or will the servers stay this way?

yes and they never cared. it is not the first time that official serrver like FP hongkong get offline for a week. Keep in mind that official servers have no dedicated admins to reboot the servers, update them, bans hackers, etc. why would you play there ? i recommend you to find a server with an admin. If you still want to play on a official server after knowing that, it is your choice but dont complain here.
