Rust Server Files

i see alot of new servers going up, half of them have a clan site in the name of the server, are the server files up for grabs? if so where can i find them? thanks

All those servers, ar NON official Rust servers, people either have bought or renting those servers, so they have access to tools that allows them to modify the server

Garry has selected a few hosts to allow the selling of Rust servers to the community, as Clav said the threads above will explain this
