Never had this problem before. Happened just now that i had to reinstall my OS and installed windows 8.1 - Tried turning firewall off,opening exception, turning anti virus off. Nothing worked. I'm trying to reinstall the game again and a few more tests and see if i can get some results.
I have a felling its patch related because all my friends that are having this issue were the ones that reinstalled and didnt get any patch today.
