Sleeper or Non Sleeper?

So I have a server coming up soon and I would like to ask the community on what type of server would they prefer? (SERVER WILL BE IN CENTRAL USA)

Another PvE would be nice, but non sleeper is good too.. :)

Judging by the amount of difficulty complaints, you might get a lot of players with a No Sleeper PvE server, lol. =)
