Game freezes within 10 minutes after starting. MAC OS

So I got rust on steam on my Macbook Pro 15' now. It starts up fine and fast. And whilst in game runs totally fine. Until at some point, most of the times 5-10 minutes after starting up the game. The game freezes and I have to force quit it.

I know Rust is in Alpha but I am just wondering if there is any way to fix this at the moment?
