Hey, a long time ago i played in sao paulo 1 server ( in brazil ), but like 4 or 5 months ago it didn't work anymore. I wanna play in again, please solve it and make the server works pls.

sao paulo 1 was removed permanently, due to constant DDOS attacks and other rampant issues, my suggestion is find a community server.

plenty of them on the Community tab, they arent official but are vanilla. You just have to find a stable one, but quite a few of them are.
