Is there any way to remove placed walls, sheds, props etc.?

Explosive charges/c4. I've read a pick axe will do the trick on wooden doors but I tried numerous times on my house and couldn't get it down.

You can, it just takes a very long time (I heard 200 swings, but I don't know how accurate that is.)
