How do i embed a youtube video

Hy, i would like to know how do i embed a yt video, i tried with [VIDEO ][ /VIDEO] without spaces but its not working

make sure you use the full url, not the shortened one; seems to be an issue sometimes. also, remove the s so it is just http://
