Yeah, they are for creating an auto turret, using a computer, CCTV cam, 50 HQM and a fully repaired AK.
Auto turret BP itself is the highest tier (BP library), and tbh they aint that useful unless you expect to be online raided or have tons of them. They seem very easy to get around/destroy if there are no players defending them.
If you got some out of an airdrop I would recommend trying to trade them with someone for a bunch of junk you actually need.
