Reflective Sky. Boxy smoke, and trees

New to rust just got it. I have a problem with the title "Reflective Sky. Boxy smoke, and trees"

If I look up into the sky I can see the ground in a lagish way. Just choppy frames ;/ Its basically like looking at the ground but the last place I looked at is reflected into the sky
There is a white box around trees and black one around smoke that comes out of the torch
When I look at the sky it drops frames badly I have to look down to do anything ;/
