Launcher crashing on Windows 8

Hi guys, I cant go into rust in steam.. when i press play, it just keeps crashing (window searching for solution).. NO ERROR MESSAGES EXCEPT THIS

so.. i checked the event viewer for errors

so easy anti cheat is the main problem?

I tried anything like disabling firewall,antivirus,reinstall rust,run as admin, reinstall EasyAntiCheat and nothing's work :( pls help me guys
