Hi Guys,
I just wonder why it is not possible to place a ceiling on top of 5 pillars. Right now the possibilites of house internal structure is very limited (no double walls on single foundtation etc.). What do You think about that idea?
I've wondered about this as well but it's probably just something that the devs decided that way. Honestly it's not that big of a deal.
It kind of sucks if you wanted to double wall your place. (not sure if that works anyways)
4 foundation, 5 pillars each, walls around the outside, and then walls built between the middle pillars. Giving you one doubly secure room.

You CAN actually do this. It's a LITTLE awkward with the door placement, but it's very possible.
What is actually the point of having a pillar in the middle of the foundation and not the corner? My friend accidentally place a pillar in the middle and now I can't put a wall or ceiling for that foundation... really mucked up my house.

I don't know if this is why they did that, but for the same reason it mucks up your house, if properly placed, it can prevent others from building near your house and mucking up your house. :)
