Admin banning functionality should include kicking

Hi, can a change to the ban function be made?

We're banning hackers in our server but it should also include kick.

We were able to ban a guy with no name but we were not able to kick him because of he had a blank name and I don't think the kick function takes steam IDs as of now.

Can a change be made for this any time soon?
