error failed to connect (alreadyconnectedtoanotherserver)

Hello.
every time i try to log into my favorite server, it gives me this error. i used to be able to play on it just fine, but then 2 days ago i kept getting this error. if anyone could help me that would be wonderful. i am 100% sure im not really connected to another server, becouse even when it is the first server i try to connect to after a restart, it still gives the error. also i can join all other servers.

It's a known issue with the 'old' version. A server admin needs to take action to fix that.
