I have a few questions about C4. Can you C4 through through ceilings? How many C4 does it take to get through Metal walls?
You cannot C4 through a ceiling as of yet. I believe for a metal wall you need 5 C4. There's a thread around here somewhere listing the amount needed per type of building material etc.
So I tried to remodel my house and used 4 C4 charges to try and take out a wooden wall. The wall is still standing and I have 4 less charges.

I've never used them though so I can't really confirm this information.
it takes 2 for a wall
I used 4. One at a time. The wall is still standing. I'm not sure what went wrong. Edit: I'm playing on a player server and the wall I tried to demo was my own. Not sure if that makes a difference.

You must of done something wrong.
You dont need to place dead center.. its more likely a case of the same location. I place my bombs 3 across going top right to bottom left.. blow within a second of each other and wall melts.
