With such a large population playing across the Official servers I think it makes sense to appoint more community admins, ideally there should be close to 24hr admin coverage.
The reason is obvious why, there will always be hackers/cheaters.
Simple human judgement with a means of appeal through the forum will enable the server to remain mostly hacker free and therefore more enjoyable.

PS. hackers on UK 1 now if anyone with admin fancies a banning spree (they sit on top of the rock near small rad town)
