[SUGGESTION] Check others inventory in close range.

Hi.

I've come up with an idea what if you could check others inventory so you could decide whether they can be a threat or not etc..

Two versions for this:
1. Without permission: You could go close to someone, hold E and then you could see his/her inventory.
2. With permission: When you hold E on someone, the person first get a popup window with an option to allow or deny the access to the inventory.
