Ive got oxide running. And can go on the FTP to change loottables.txt but the values and where to place or what to change confuses me, min - max - weight etc. Can anyone help?

That's already a working plugin. You just have to check the "Resources" tab near to the top of the forum page.
Also to the OP,
min = minimum amount of the item to be dropped
max = maximum amount of the item to be dropped
weight = When the totals of the items listed in that specific table equal to 100, they become a %. Meaning weight is your drop chance.
