multiple issues in legacy. no console. no global chat.

suddenly today I cannot talk in global chat, cannot see global chat, cannot access the console, and cannot see a death screen. Ive re installed twice, tried different servers. I made sure to totally delete the rust folder. I havent had any major hardware or software changes. It was working fine earlier today. very very odd.
