I've been trying to find how to craft the C4... But i cant find the "Explosive" material... It is no longer available? I mean, the only way you can get a C4 is from drop and no longer crafting it?

Explosives are a drop in a plane drop, nothing else. You need to have a research kit to get their recipie
So, that means that u can still craft the "Explosives" material?

Yes once you research the explosive then you can craft it with low grade fuel.
