Anyone else having issues with HFB Servers? My server has been down for over 14 hours now. I have opened a ticket with them, and not a single reply. The lack of communication is very un-nerving. I read a lot of negative reviews about this company, but I thought that I would try and see if all the negative feedback was correct. I guess that was my mistake...although for the few days my server was up and running the server was smooth and not until yesterday did the first set of D/C's start. And now it is completely down and no word from HFB. If anything the lack of communication for something that we have paid for is the worst. Makes me feel ripped off :(

Lucky. My server status on the control panel says Status "Unknown"
mine is also listed unknown
We can connect to our server but once you are logged in you can do anything. Can't open doors, campfires, boxes/crates or doors.
I believe I am about to locate a different, more reliable host.
My server disconects sometimes .. HFB too.. The server was fine till couple days ago.
