Rust Ban for nothing

Hi, I attempted to log into Rust today only to find that my account has been banned but I don't know why it has been banned I have never cheated on this account and I have been playing legit the entire time I would like to know how to get an unban because the ban issued was wrongfully done

whose this friend of yours with the profile description of "im not a hacker you just suck" surrounded by 2 steam saltshaker emotes? Is this your original account?
edit: if you want to play rust legitly and without cheating you have to format c: and reinstall your OS and drivers, otherwise traces of cheats left on your computer will still trigger a ban.

They HAD to do it. With how often people are getting banned for cheating it is starting to look like Facepunch really is taking advantage to sell more copies of the game(even though they aren't). You can only give people so many extra chances before you look like an ignorant asshole who loves being taken advantage of.

So you pay for cheats and get banned on multiple accounts and then cry innocence ...
