lots of foul language in the game
crazy ppl chasing for half and hours
i have just played this for 3 days but chased by 2 crazy guy for 2 times..
chased by guy half an hour making this game ****ing and bored
can the people respect others' human right
dont say **** and bitch okay?
or this game is just reflecting the real life of the west?

If you can't handle the environment of people blowing off you need to consider if a multi-player game is for you.
Just to also note. This 'issue' isn't unique to Rust. A lot of multiplayer games including things like Call of Duty use 'bad' language and do somethings simply in spite to annoy other players.

When I saw the title, I was expecting long, well written out points about why the game will be infamous. Instead, I am greeted with "lots of foul language in the game".
It's a game where you're running around naked, killing people by slicing them with a hatchet, shooting them with guns etc., and you're worried about people saying words like "fuck"?
Even if "crazy ppl" are chasing you, why can't you kill them, or even better, start chasing people instead? People should be able to do whatever they want, not whatever you see as acceptable.

This reminds me of the loin cloth thread.
There is a difference between simulated violence allowed by game mechanics and potentially abusing game communication by yelling/chatting profanities, racist comments, etc. The first does not imply the second is 'ok'. The first is pretend, the second is real. You are not roleplaying someone running around saying those things, you are a real person saying those things.
Now, having said that, there is nothing really Garry can or should do about it. These will likely be handled per server. A server might say that profanity is not allowed over chat, for example. People should be expected to respect those rules or play on a different server without someone saying 'well, we are all [pretending to be] running around killing each other, why can't we also verbally abuse each other [in real life] as well.
