doubt it, but i'd suggest giving them a rough idea of what you want to talk about if you are to have any chance at all.
Lol I doubt any "DEV" is going to help with your little problem just because you want it. Just post your issue here, if it's serious the devs are going to see it and maybe fix it.
He cheated and got banned, and now he wants his ban to be lifted by kindly talking to the developers.

In fact, an official Facepunch staff member saw your thread and decided to lock it without providing any reply. So I'd think the issue is settled by now.
